Start Your Home SearchBefore you start touring homes, connect with a lender to get pre-approved. This tells you exactly how much you can afford and makes your offers more competitive. I have trusted lender partners I can refer you to.
We'll sit down (or hop on a call) to talk through your needs, wants, and deal-breakers β bedrooms, location, school districts, commute, lifestyle. This helps me narrow the search and find homes that truly fit.
I'll set up custom MLS alerts so you see new listings the moment they hit the market. We'll schedule tours, and I'll point out things β good and bad β that you might miss as a buyer.
Found the one? I'll run a detailed market analysis to determine a competitive offer price, then craft a strong offer with terms designed to protect you and beat the competition.
I'll negotiate on your behalf to get the best price and terms. Once we reach an agreement, we'll be "under contract" β and the due diligence period begins.
We'll hire a licensed inspector to thoroughly evaluate the property. If issues arise, I'll help you negotiate repairs, credits, or a price reduction β protecting your investment.
Just before closing, we'll do a final walkthrough to confirm everything is in order. Then we head to the closing table β sign the papers, get the keys, and celebrate your new home!
